IBM x31 harddisk cover to spare?

I've got a laptop here missing its harddisk cover. Its an IBM x31. Its a wee plastic thing fixed in with a screw, does anyone have/know where I can get a replacement for this? IBM want to charge us a bundle and there is a 6 lead time. Cheers W
