preventing s/o from access ip/localhost

    hi
    im running apache on my PC.

    if s/o types in http://myip/ in thier browser they will get they will get what i have on my localhost -
    how do i prevent them from accessing my ip?

    there are a couple of ways.
    You could use a .htaccess file to only alow access from localhost, but if you are serious about keeping your computer secure, a firewall would do the job.
