In the news at the minute over supposedly underpaying Turkish workers..well one of my good mates worked with Gama for a while,he says its absolutely true they paid their foreign workers (mostly labourers) a pittance compared to the Irish, basically the Irish on the sites wouldnt accept it whereas the Turks who were just happy to be earning a wage which is considerably more than they would ever earn back home but still a pittance,my mate used to have Turks labouring for him and he said they worked like f cuk,he used to feel sorry for one guy and throw him a few quid on payday, anyway despite what Gama say its bulls*it,they are as guilty as sin my mate used work for them,he knew well what the Turks got and it was a pittance compared to Irish labourers,i cant say im a big fan of the Turks personally but fair play to those who were brave enough to come forward and challenge Gama over this and i hope Gama get whats coming to them, there is no excuse for this sort of thing, these men were exploited, and id be extremly confident of them winning their case........
