    Lads, does anyone know where there are any good sites on Service Level Agreements ..... particularly the wording :) …. I am looking at the moment for stuff on Security, Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Rights but cant find a whole lot to be honest (there is loads of stuff on all the other aspects though)

    Would anyone be able to shine any light on this ??

    I was looking for the same a few weeks ago.

    www.service-level-agreement.net/ is OK

    The best bet is to put Service Level Agreement into Google.ie and search pages from Ireland - I got one sample on there which was excellent.
