Has anyone heard him? Hes brilliant!

Saw him in Vicar St. last night and hes the funniest best entertainer i've seen in a long while, and thats just in between songs!

    An amazing songwriter and guitarist!

I'd recommend you to get his stuff?

    Anyone else heard him, opinions?

I've heard songs by him and thought they were chronically bad.

His songs seem to be just him spouting random metaphors whilst sounding constipated and playing the same chord over and over again on his guitar. It's like "My Lovely Horse" but with orcas instead of horses and the like.

Ahh yes the spillmaster :) I don't know why but I feel very uneasy about him. But he is fairly bad now.

He's like Damien Dempsey, his albums don't work so well. -But go see him live and I guarantee you will be impressed. Very intense performer, with a fantastic stage presence. He's very very good indeed

He has alright, some of the lyrics are mental though and his cork accent comes through mad in his singing, a gentleman though, I have great time for him as he is always willing to have a chat when you meet him.
also he responds to the entries on his guestbook which I would have thought is unusual!

He's such a nice person- i've met him a few times and a great songwriter. Johnny don't go to Ballincollig is a classic. Also love the cherry tree song. He's always on TG4 so keep an eye out for him. Louis De Paor and himself are hilarious! And don't compare him to Damien Dempsey- load of trash!

And don't compare him to Damien Dempsey- load of trash!

I bet you haven't seen him play a live gig
