Hotmail problems??

    Anyone else having problems logging into hotmail?? Each time i type in my password and email address a screen comes up saying "match the picture". So i type in the numbers and letters and press enter, but then it goes back to the please sign in page where i have to enter my email address and password again....only to be redirected to the match the picture page again.....and on and on it goes. On my 11 attempt in a row now but it still ain't letting me in! And yes i am typing in the numbers and letters correctly, even got my mam to stand beside me and check it so I know im not going mad! Any ideas? :confused:

    Since its hotmail, id say its a delayed april fools joke.

    What you need is gmail.

    delete cookies and temp internet files... and yes you're more than likely just typing it wrong :P

    Im still having problems with hotmail. Anyone else?? I can get into one of my old accounts no problem, but cant get into my main one at all. I can log into msn messenger but when i try to open my inbox the match the picture thing keeps coming up. AAARH!!! Help please, before I crack up!

    me again. Im STILL having problems. Ive tried deleting cookies and temp internet files but it aint working. Its so frustrating because my sis's hotmail account will open on the same laptop. Also cant access my account from anywhere else, hotmail is blocked at work and college. Aaaarh. Please please please can anyone help??

    I've got a different type of problem with it. I keep getting big Junk mail msg's that take up all my account space so if i leave it even for a few days i can't recieve any new mail as the account size is only 2mb

    youve probably got some trojan, virus or spyware on your pc. Have you cleaned it down recently?

    ...nope. Its my bro's laptop, dont think he's ever cleaned it down! This is prob a stupid question, whats the best for cleaning it, like what software thing? (are they expensive?) We had zonealarm on it but i think it has expired.
    U reckon it is a virus of some sort? Its weird how its only affecting my account and no one elses on the same laptop
