buying laptop Batteries??

i have packard bell igo 4000 and my laptops battery is dead it dosent even go for 10 minutes i have searched everywhere and i dont know where to look for battteries does anyone has any idea where i can buy the battery i though about e bay but then i thought it might not b a good idea to buy battery from there as you know…
