I'd stay well away from any of these type of sites, don't even sign up for a free trial, you'll be inundated with spam mail if you do. I made that mistake before and still get 5-6 mails a day, I've sent them mails asking them to stop sending me their rubbish but to no avail.

The main problem I find with these sites is that there returns are questionable at best, for a start the make them look exaggerated by using a stake of £100 per point. Secondly and more importantly, when they have a winner the price they use to calculate their winnings is the best price the horse ever was with any bookmaker and not based on S.P.

The question I always ask myself is if these people really have the inside knowledge that they claim then why would they want to share it, the more people that know the more the price decreases.

Yes, I agree. Its not unlike these guys who write books on 'How To Win The Lotto' ?
Why are they trying to make money by charging you a monthly fee for tips - surely if the tips are that good they'd make more money by just betting on them ?!
A couple of quid spent on the Racing Post is the best system tbh !!

wow - excellent website. Lots of reading in it. Must take you a lot of time to maintain it. Do you work in the horsey business ?

Thanks lads, Just a hobby really. Dont work in the racing business but if the right offer came along. The news bulletins and the selection for every race werent initially my ideas, and are the most annoying as the require teh most attention. The writing of teh articles - reviews and previews - i do when I have time. Busier at work at the moment, and not as many being posted.

Oh and the recommended selections section uses the SP, the record would be a lot greater using the best available prices - for instance I got John James at 11/4 myself but was returned at 9/4.

Give us a yell if you want a hand with it. It's a super site and just a pity it's not updated more.

Thanks for the offer, but keeping things pretty low key suits me at the moment.
