    Hey,

I was cleaning out my PC and removed Nero Burning Rom, and now DVD Shrink wont burn a CD as it says it needs it! Blasted, if I had known I would of kept it :P Now where do I get Nero from - is there a demo or free version or something? The site says they have no demos without serials.

    Cheers for your help.

Did it specifically say "i need nero or i wont work"? ??
    how is that so??

are you sure its not just a rights issue?

i know nero provide burn rights to allow the "lower" end user to burn cd's when they shouldnt be able to..or something like that..
nero burnrights is free afaik. ...

i dont think dvdshrink would associate itself with nero ...

The serial should still be in the registery. Just try and download it and reinstall it again. Yeah, DVDShrink uses teh Nero API to burn crap.
    Nero 30mb

You can still rip your DVDs and then burn them using a differnet program. But to do it altogether in DVD Shrink, you'll be needing Nero

It uses one of the nero .dll files to access nero's burning functionality.
