Problem connecting to shareaza.com from Firefox

    I use Firefox as my browser and am trying to connect to www.shareaza.com but keep getting the following message:
    Alert:The connection was refused when attempting to connect to www.shareaza.com

    If I try IE I get the Page Cannot Be displayed message

    If I try Opera I get:
    Could not connect to remote server.

    This is a genuine site - I have not put in address wrong.
    I've searched google who brought me to a few other forums all which seem to say the problem with not connecting is caused by Norton Anti-Virus. But I dont use this.
    Anyone any clues. This is the first site that Firefox has refused connection to.

    i'm getting the error too, did it ever occur that the site might be down.

    Same error, and I'm using Firefox on Linux, no antivirus stuff getting in my way. It doesn't seem to respond to pings and tracepath is getting stuck somewhere in Canada. Site must be down.

    If IE and opera can't connect to the site then it's proably not FireFox at fault :rolleyes:
