    Hopefullt Connacht will win but sale have a fair good team with robinson and co coming to galway.On other news colin rigby has just rejopined from leeds tykes which is good for next season.Come on the WEST

    Shame about the result, they just seemed to run out of steam halfway through the second half although the late try gives them a very slim chance of turning it around in the away leg.

    Sale showed their class, but connacht could have done better.
    Elwood played a great game.
    Slim chance of them still doing it.
    Weather today was great, I got a nice tan. :)

    are there many Connacht supporters travelling over to Manchester for the 2nd leg on the 24th?

    Any estimates?

    I live in the area, so i'll be heading up to Stockport along with a few mates.

    Aye, slim chance of doing it, but the last try didn't hurt our chances any. Sale were the better team, but only just, it could have gone either way after 50 minutes.

    Elwood has once again shown why he's such a legend in Connacht. Fantastic game.

    thought connacht played very well and Elwood is a legend...but Sale were pretty good and i reckon Connacht could get a spanking in Manchester :( but hopefully they'll be able to beat that bunch of mercenaries :)
