Chinese dwarves

This is not a politically correct question but I absolutely do not wish to offend anyone so if you're the easily offended type don't read on.

How come I've never seen any Chinese dwarves or, for that matter, Indian or Hispanic dwarves? I mean, is it just me or is it genetically impossible. I've seen a black dwarf once on tv so it's not exclusive to the causcasian race, but I've also never seen any Chinese or Indian or Latinate or black people with downs syndrome, for that matter no other races at all!

I know I sound like a monstrously ignorant f4ckwit, I really do, but my curiosity have overcome me so I thought I'd ask.... ahem

Perhaps the domination of our TV by mainly white roles means that if the chances of seeing a white dwarf are quite low, the chances of seeing an ethnic dwarf are next to impossible.

TV is not representative of the world as a whole. In fact, quite the opposite.

I have zero doubt that dwarfism exists in all races equally, even though I haven't seen what you're asking about either.

technically, you wouldn't see dwarves at the special olympics. you'd need to go to paralympics for that. unless of course the dwarf in question is a bit thick, then they'd dual qualify.

The dwarf in fantasy island (tatu) definitely wasnt causcasian, think he was hispanic.

Also Arnold(Gary Coleman) in differant strokes was a dwarf.

No hes not Chinese, but OP asked about all non-white races. Stand corrected on him not being a dwarf, but again OP doesnt seem to be too discriminating on whether their dwarves, midgets, hobbits, fairies or whatever as long as their small.

Because down syndrome people rarely emigrate, they're disabled, as are dwarfs to much lesser extent, think about it! Go to India or china etc and you'll see alot more disfigurement.

Believe me there are a fair few chinese people with downs syndrome, just not around Ireland, there's a fair few in HK, never been to China so can't comment there.
