Sky install question

    Hi all,

    Had a neighbours sky card in my box for the past month but has know been cut off. I am now desperatly craving the Discovery Chl back on the box.

    Was thinking of getting a new installation with one of the value packs 20 quid?, I thinks. They will only give free install with the 28 quid service. Will sky let you install the system yourself or do you have to get them to do it?

    couldn't you get a €28 service, get free installation, then drop down to €20 service?

    Have to stay on it for a year.

    8x12 = €96 - not far from installation cost anyways

    why dont you just ring up sky for your own card, all they will need is for you to make sure your box is connected to the telephone line.

    As you already have a box and dish, just request a "Second Hand Subscription" and they'll send a contract for you to sign, and they'll issue you a card. No need for phoneline with Secondhand Subs.
