Dublin threads

Am I the only non Dub here who is sick of all these local Dublin threads like "What do u think of Dundrum shoppng centre", "Isnt the traffic terrible in O connell st", "nicest sandwich in Dublin" etc etc etc ad nauseum. There is a perfectly good Dublin Forum so the rest of us dont have to put up with it. Nobody else really…

There is a perfectly good Dublin Forum so the rest of us dont have to put up with it. Nobody else really cares about Dublin, and If we were, we could visit aforementioned forum.

If the Cork people can use their forum, why cant 'yous' use yours??? :rolleyes:

yeah they annoy me from time to time as well but you get used to them after awhile and learn to just browse past them without taking much notice them!!!

i'm sure us dubs wouldn't object to it
Really i think its all down to the large amount of people living in & visiting Dublin .relax
Dublin forum seems to be full of culchies looking for a good pub in temple bar etc etc

I don't think it really matters, does it ? I'm sure if you posted something about a Cork barbers in a non Cork board, ie After Hours etc no one would notice (well obviously ppl would reply, Cork or non-Cork).

Because this is a general interest forum. Nice sandwich bars in ones own locality couldnt be deemed general interest, unless of course you were a sandwich hobbyist.

true, but when there is thread after thread about it, it gets a tad irritating. Besides, Im just bored at work at the mo, and a nice rant have eased it for a few minutes anyways!

I agree with the OP, theres too much threads about Dub started in AH. The mod must be from Dub, so thats why he condones it and lets it go on and on... :rolleyes:
