More FTV card questions!

How many cards can I order from http://www.freesatfromsky.com/ ? I have a friend in England who will be getting the card(s) for me - I presume it would be better to let him order them with his credit card from England rather than for me to do it under my name using my own credit card and his address (blocking my number)?

Do they need the box serial number when ordering? Do the cards have to be activated by ringing sky or do they self activate when left in the box? Can the same box be used to activate more than one card? If not is there any time frame within which the card has to be activated?

I'd rather not answer questions posed in that way, as it suggests that you might want to be selling them for a profit.
If you do a search you should be able to garner enough information to go on.

The cards do not self activate, you will need to ring sky with your number blocked out and giving your UK address.
