How do I sign up for a .net passport?

I want to register for a .net passport in order to play online games but whenever I click on "register now" http://login.passport.net/uilogin.srf?id=20960 it keeps coming up with this page https://login.passport.net/uilogin.srf?id=10- Can anyone give me a step by step guide to register for one of these?

On your second link click the sign in button on the top right, and then when that comes up click on "Don't have a .NET Passport? Get one now." And then fill in all your details and whatnot.

It worked for me anway.

Try going to www.passport.com and signing up from there.
