Teletext Sports News Plagiarism?

On a seperate teletext related note - has anyone else noticed that RTE's service is falling to pieces at the moment?

From Friday until yesterday the entertainment news was totally blank (p.300)
Monday and, again, yesterday the TV guide wasn't updating properly after 9pm (p.180)
Oh and on Network 2 from Friday until yesterday pages 164 to 199 just vanished as well...

There were other things too - but these are the only two pages I read and I can't help thinking there's something wrong if the two pages I read are both not working properly?

Teletext sports news tends to be 'borrowed' rather often. It's a shame but...nobody wants to put any resources into teletext because, frankly, a lot of the pages go unread.

That Football365 story is reproduced from the news agency PA Sports. Many newspapers, websites and I'd imagine Teletext, pay the Press Agency a yearly fee for the use of their stories, so it's not plagiarism, they just buy their content from the same agency.

You'll often notice that The Herald will have word for word the same match reports as somewhere like Football365 because of this.
