Maybe someone can help!!! I send the holiday file ie an excel file from work to home as its nice to browse at it at my leisure at home.
Of late I get this message OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail.
Its a work file and a safe file I think!!!
My question is how can I get the file back, what do I need to do? disable something?
    Thanks alot JD!!!

its in the security part in options, forget the exact wording. Third option from the top if I remember correctly. Reload the email, and/or restart outlook after changing the setting.

Not really sure as I don't use OE, but does the Excel file have a macro in it? OE could be detecting the macro and might be getting over protective.

You could also zip the file and password protect the zip, then OE shouldn't be able to scan it.

Other than that I can't really help as I know SFA about OE. Have a look in the options menu, particularly for security related stuff.

    Dare I suggest Thunderbird?

there's also a registry key you can add to allow Outlook certain file extensions.
