There was a wired article a few days ago but I just forgot about it.

Tried every known undernet server I had last night and not one connected.

Yea, being an operator on a few Undernet IRC channels, main one being #Ireland, there's been lots of shíte about it, the Cservice Bots aren't coming back for a while either.

#Ireland is a moderated channel, you are assigned a voice when you join, so it can be taken away if you cause shít, it took me three days to get control of the channel back and get our eggdrop bots back opp'ed with the help of one ar two other ops.

Meanwhile every litte 'kidiot' is grasping at the chance to get back at the channels who have banned them, and most are succeeding.

I spent 2 hours last night helping #Scotland to get their channel back from three muppets.

Servers generally work, but the amount of attacks on different ones due to this percieved weakness is causing net splits and DoS's all over the place.

So basically, Chaos on Undernet.

I tried again last night and not one of them at all would connect that was at least for 12 hours. So ur guess is as good as mine.
