Well it was rape and if he gos on trial he wont have a leg to stand on but she didnt look like a kid and id say she probably was all over him so i wouldnt condem him over it he is only human. Dosnt make it right but where not talking michael jackson or anything. Amazing how little the public care as long as he makes good music.
