I have trouble assessing some websites like the o2 shop:

    https://shop.o2.ie/catalog/index.php

Is there something wrong with my computer settings?

Run a tracert to the site.

i.e. In XP go to Start-->Run and type 'cmd' without the quotes.

Then type 'tracert www.o2.ie' again without the quotes. Hit Enter, and see if you get any time outs.

If you are still have trouble, clear your browser cache. For IE, go to Tools-->Internet Options, and click on Delete Files.

I notice that you're trying to access a https site.....Most likely issue is https is blocked on your firewall (tenner says it's norton). I've seen this one before.

    Just check the firewall settings.

There were time outs. I cleared internet files but It is still not accessing sites for me.

I reset eplorer settings & it seems to be working now.

    Many Thanks.
