Airport Card not installed?

    I have a Mac Mini and i installed Magictune software for my Samsung LCD monitor. When i restarted the mini my Airport Extreme Card has disappeared.The icon is there but it says no airport card installed.What has gone wrong? Please help.

    Click the Apple logo on the top left of the screen and click "About This Mac" On the left pane of the window click Airport Card and tell us what it says there.

    Did the mac start-up normally after the monitor was installed ?
    When you say it "dissappeared" do you mean from the bar along the top beside the clock?

    In the network preference panel select "Network Port Configurations" from the drop down menu beside Show. Is Airport one of the available options there, if so is it ticked ? Tick it and select it from the Show drop down menu and configure it there to re-appear on the top bar.
