Port Forwarding for BitTorrent settings?

I remember finding a link in someone's sig to setting up a Netopia Router with port forwarding for BitTorrent here before. Anybody got a link to it? Was messing trying to set up a fileserver on IRC (with no luck!) and deleted my BitTorrent pinhole accidentally.

Log in to router. Goto Configure => Advanced => Pinhole => Add

You ok from here on?

I know how to add pinholes etc.

But i remember seeing some specific settings on someone's sig that i wouldn't mind checked out.
