Is there a way of connecting Megadrive controllers (3 or 6 button) to a PC to run with wgens?

No hope of using a serial port?

Maybe if you can find drivers and if they actually fit. And I doubt both.

The old Microsoft Sidewinder pads aren't too far off the look and feel of Megadrive controllers. Not the same by any means but it might be the closest you can get.

Megadrive controllers fit the serial port. No sign of drivers around though

Wont work, mega drive controller is digital, serial is analogue. Currently there are no converters about the house for it.

Yeh but the Sidewinder's are no longer for sale. Go and buy yourself a 'Saitek P220' control pad from a computer shop. They are exactly like the 6-button MegaDrive pads.
