    Some players have made us aware of a problem with our billing gateway which causes the payment for their World of Warcraft subscription to show up on their bank statement with a wrong description: Croydon Park Hotel or Swallow St George. We have been informed by our billing partners that the problem was a pure text bug which did not affect the payment itself. In these cases, the players will be refunded the money and then be billed correctly, bearing the appropriate description „World of Warcraft“, in order to clear up the situation. This will not cause any interruption of their current subscription.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience or marital arguments this may have caused.
