    Hi,
Just bought a Panini maker and am finding it difficult to buy decent pannini bread rolls. Any suggestions??

You could try the specific Panini break from M&S - I find it a bit sweet tho. Best bet is to use any aul par baked Ciabatta (Cuisine De France or whatever). Bake it as per the instructions, and then to the toaster. Works for me anyway!
