If you want to become very good at public speaking you could join toastmasters they have clubs all over Ireland. Membership is about 150 a year. Meetings are usually every two weeks and you can join at any time.

If you are looking for a 1 or 2 day course, Carr Communications in Sandyford have a presentation skills course - I did a course there (not in presentation skills though) and found them very good.

I think their presentation skills course includes video analysis of a presentation you do in front of the class - quite thorough from what I have heard.

Carr communications is a great start! I found them brilliant and a great confidence builder.

    Me too.
They video tape the entire proceedings- and then give you pointers on how to improve.
    Well worth while.
