This was just announced an hour or so ago. Anyone with a yahoo email acount is getting their allowance increased to 1GB partially to do with Google's Gmail service. Theres an article here about it. http://itvibe.com/news/3385/

OP: I wonder whats the limit on the max size of each email? Id rate that as being more useful than 1 gig of storage. I mean im only using something like 3% of my gmail ATM.

haha, no such luck as of yet,

Not sure if it will really have that much affect as most of us now have @ gmail account & can get 50 more accounts if we want.

That said I do likes my ole Yahoo account so it's good if they do this, although I hope they give us the forwarding option too with the upgrade. :cool:
