If you're a lillt more specific we might be able help.
Several bites in a line? Scattered? Big/small? Ichy?

Do you live beside a swamp?

The midgies are out early this year, little bastids. Nothing unusual though, probably our spell of warm weather last week.

Nah, not really weird for this time of the year - the weather's warm, the evenings are longer and so those little buggers seem to come out then!

Grrrrrrrr! Thankfully, I haven't got bitten yet this year.

I've got three down the inside of leg - quite itchy - they've gone down now cos I havent' itched them! Just hate that feeling of being itchy all over (and being clean ;) ) I always get badly bitten when abroad - didn't think I would get bitten this time of the year! It is quite warm though for this time of the year! Ok anyway! Cheers glad to hear i'm not the only one - phew!

There are natural soaps you can use while showering which make you less likely to be seen as a tasty morsel to insects.....
I'm one of the lucky ones, I rarely tend to be bitten ever- by anything (apart from mammals :( ) Some people must just seem more alluring than others?

I'm not sure, but I suspect sleeping in stange places / bed do result in insect bites to the guest, but not to the host. Are bed bugs taken in by "the grass is greener on the other side of the bed"?

Most of your basic anti-septic creams from the phamacist should take care of things.

Try taking Vitamin B Complex. It changes the make-up of your blood slightly and makes you less appealing to them. Works for the sister anyway...
