My boss keeps getting mail from info@companyname.com forwarded to his indigo account. (the company name is our own)
We dont know where this info mail address came from and there fore cannot login to it and stop it from forwarding mail to him.

Someone set it up here eons ago.

I have thought about looking at the internet headers on the mail but how do i do that on an internet indigo email account?

Any other ideas on how to find/access this mysterious info account?
    Thanks

if you are using outlook you can right click on the email and it's one of the options there

    other email apps differ

or you could save the email as a file and open it up in notepad or whatever

Do a Whois search on info@companyname.com, you will find the Administrative Contact of the domain. I have just one and got the contact details. The server is cedant.com

Assuming they aren't spoofing the Reply or Sender address. The header should list the IP of the server the email came from and you could look that up on whois.net or something

Fair enough, but first things first, try this way and if contact cant be made then with the administrator or they cant help, then there is the possibility of it being spoofed.
