    Lo all,
    i'm just wondering how you draw those ASCII thingies that you always get in notepads, usually with downloads. Are they drawn free hand or is there some sort of genrators that can make them for you?

    The fancy ones are done by hand, but for text like the above, there's a program called figlet. I dunno about a windows version though. Search www.freshmeat.net for "figlet", find it's homepage and go from there, there probably is a win32 port.

    Get it here. There's versions for lots of platforms and plenty of fonts too.
