    hey all,
    I have a bit of a problem regarding my dog, basically lately shes doing all kinds of crazy things, at first I thought she was going mad with the age and all ( shes quite old), shes doing stuff like practically climbing into fire and going around licking the floor.

    Then I noticed she only does this though when the baby is around, as if shes trying to get attention or shes jealous or something. Has anyone else encountered this? how should I deal with it? :confused:

    Naw, I think you just have a crazy dog. Maybe she's just senile? What age is she?

    You might want to get her checked with a vet. It could just be jelousy or it could just be old age but when a dog is going round licking things its normally a sign that they're dehydrated and they're trying to find moisture in everything and anything hence the licking.

    Might also ask your vet to check her eyes and specifically sight ability.
    And, get a fireguard.
