LAying wooden floors

Hi, I have recently purchased semi solid wooden flooring and I have never installed them before and was going to do it myself what is the best way of going about this and what are the important steps the floors will be going on top of insulation which on turn is sitting on top of the wooden base in an upstairs room Regards…
