    I know I put a desktop Socket 478 processor into my laptop - what's the difference between PGA and mPGA?

    Kills the battery, though.

    there should be lots of the socket 479 floating around now soon due to them been used in desktop motherboards ....these are based on the centrino CPU ...the only problem is the price of them ....which one do you have in your laptop???????
