Upgrade to SKY+

    Hi,

    I got one of the cold calls asking me if I was interested in upgrading sky equipment to get new garauntee etc...

    I told him I wasn't but might get SKY +. He said that they sort this out. Basically they cancel your current sky contract and get a new one set up and arrange the installation as a new customer. It then only costs €149.

    Are these boys likely to set it up ok ? Surely sky can see if the same address is entered for a subscription ?

    Bit pricy forthe upgrade from sky (€299 + €75 installation) so it sounds ok.

    My sister went this upgrade route last month.It worked out for her but they are breaking skys rules so maybe they wont be around forever.She was cold called as well
