Not sure if this will help but I bought a Bubble Making Machine from the Gadgetshop in Jervis St centre in Dublin. Also got a tub of special bubble mix. this makes thousands of bubbles, but they are not that big. Might be worth a look. Think it all cost 30 quid or so. ;)

u mean a giant machine to make small bubbles, or a way to make huge bubbles?

To make huge bubbles, get some rope and tie it into a circle... then fill up a small paddling pool with washing up liquid and warm water.
Dangle in the rope, and sway it in the air to create a HUGE bubble.
Seen in on Record Breakers once...

Banba sell big ones, opposite Jervis Shopping Centre.
