    Anyone like 'em?

Listening to Southern rock opera at the moment and it's excellent. Anyone know what their new albums are like?

    Thread re-awakening!

Listening to their latest album atm and love it. 19 tracks, plenty of material.

Just checked ticketmaster there and no sign of an upcoming Irish gig. Was hoping to see them at EP maybe.

    Great band
after a few decent early albums they really hit a hot streak with Southern Rock Opera,Decoration Day and The Dirty South 3 albums worthy of 9/10 in 3 years
the subsequent 2 albums blessing and a curse and brighter than creations dark while not quite as great were still good albums.
Seen em live in whelans(pre mcd boycott I think delete if still nessesary) and it was the most varied crowd at a gig ive ever been to with trendy kids , mid twentys chin strokers(thats me), 30's+ Q readers and 60 odd year old pipe smokers with large grey beards(there were about 40 of them )
    it was a great gig
the guitarist Jason Isabell played a solo show here earlier in the year
