What exactly is running slow, Look in the task manager and see what hogging all the resources, if its connected to the net check for Spyware/adware/ run Virus scan.

Mmnn...Either Resources problem...As said above check your Task manager and if u can please post a pic of it... Also, what PSU are you using ? and when you got your new system, you did make a fresh install of Windows, right ?
