Cubase VST 5.1 upgrade not working

I've downloaded the VST 5.1 upgrade pack from the cubase website and I've ran the install. However it doesn't seem to have upgraded my 5.0 version. I have a VST 5.1 folder in my "All Programs" but it's just contains documentation. Am I doing something wrong?

did u try reading the documentation.. upgrades don't usually use new programs just update the old files with newer versions
