Recongition of the labour court and its organs

If a non union employer does not recongise a trade union, can it then continue to refuse to recongise the labour court and its various organs? Can any ruling of these bodies be casually ignored as they don't recongise a union?

    Thanks

If it is about your ordinary terms and conditions, then, to the best of my knowledge, they must obey.

IALPA and Ryanair are currently at blows about whether the Labour Court can make instructions regarding trade union only issues (which isn't a core employment issue).

a company can ignore the labour court at its peril. with the 2004 amendement to IR act, a labour court determination can be referred to the district court for enforcement. this is after a negotation process between the employer and the union isnt making progress and the whole thing is taken out of their hands. Is your union going to the labour court?
