SEAN PHILIPS AND DUNCAN FEGRADO SIGNING THERE COMICS AT SUB CITYS COMICBOOK CONVENTION IS A VERY POOR REPLY TO THE MARK MILLER AND BRYAN HITCH SIGNING AT THE 3rd PLACE IN JANUARY.
SLEEPER, JAY AND SILENT BOB COMPARED TO THE ULTIMATES. COME ON PEOPLE DO I REALLY HAVE TO SPELL IT OUT FOR YOU.
WE GOT ALL OUR MILLER AND HITCH STUFF SINGED FOR THE SMALL PRICE OF TWO EUROS WHICH WAS DONATED TO THE TSUNAMI DISASTER AND WE ARE BEING ASKED TO PAY 5 EUROS FOR SLEEPER , JAY AND SILENT BOB. WHAT I WANT TO KNOW MY FRIENDS IS WHERE WILL ALL THE MONEY GO AND ARE THAY WORTH 5 EUROS. WELL I FOR ONE WILL NOT STAY SILENT ABOUT THIS NOR WILL I LOSE ANY SLEEP I KNOW WHERE MY 5 EUROS WILL STAY..IN MY POCKET.

In fairness Fregredo and Philips are great artists and really lets be honest, Millar and Hitch were always gonna be a hard act to follow!

Did you do anything useful about it, like take up your complaint with Rob at Sub City? (I've only been there once, given I live down south, but he was very friendly and talkative when I was there, and other people who frequent the place have confirmed that as being his general demeanour) Did you suggest an alternative of some sort? Or did you just throw a hissy fit and run to complain on the interweb?

For what it's worth - since there's already a thread about this particular signing, you could have done the world a favour and put it there instead of starting a new and rather pointless thread , which you couldn't even be bothered to present properly (all capitals and typos does not a good post make).

i was just saying Sean Philips and Duncan Fegrado are no mark miller and bryan hitch and are not worth, for me anyway, giving someone else 5 euros for them to sign my comics.

Well, since you obviously understand how the edit function works, you could go back and edit it so that it's not so painful to look at. Hey, if people could read it without their eyes bleeding, you might find someone who even agrees with you. It's not much to ask that you check your post before submitting it, and frankly going on about "fashion police" when someone points it out makes you look like (more of) an idiot.

I notice you've completely ignored my questions - I presume, then, that you didn't ask anyone why the price was higher than 3rd place, or enquire where the money would be going? (I'm now wondering what the costs to the store are, since I'm inclined to think that there must be some sort of appearance fee for high-profile comic artists to appear instore and boost business. Anyone know in more detail about it?)

Oh, and good posts have more interesting content, and less childish attempts at clever comebacks.
