This is a cool little thing I found today.
Take a look.

Any one seen this type of unit by any other company?

That is just what the doctor ordered.
I presume when hooked up to a dish pointed at sky digital, it will scan for all fta channels there and load them up in a custom EPG.

I love the EPG being on an lcd screen with the time.
It's a gift.

According to this its launching in the summer of this year

(I know I never ever thought I'd see a christian satelite website with information on satelite radio-thats google for you but at least I know its available now in the summer...)

This will be on my shopping list if it comes in at around 50 - 70 euro.

A simple package like this would look really neat if you ask me.

I'm supprised no other company have made this type of product before.

My conspiratorial mind is telling me that the powers that be are holding up this project as its a distraction from the real purpose of digiboxes, ie to get people to subscribe.

Yes of course, its a nice unit and should sell well if they ever release it.
