CRM Cases??

    Firstly apologies if this is totally in the wrong section or if it is inappropriate - feel free to be moved or deleted if inappropriate.

    Here goes anyway..... I have an assignment due into college on CRM (Customer Relation Management) which is ok except for one part which requires a review of an unsuccessful CRM Case Study. Now this appears stupid to me that a company would say that their CRM system failed but still i've yahooed and googled with no joy. So if anyone could help me on where i could find an unsuccesful or failed CRM implementation it would be great.
