    Lads

    Quick question...

I moved into my house nearly a year ago...the builder was meant to do the lawns but after waitng the whole summer for him... I ended up getting an allowance from him so that i could do it my self

As you can imagine in a year...thick lumps of grass and weeds have have covered the garden...

I'm hiring a rotaivator next week to plough up the soil....but should i dig the garden first ie.. turn over all the soil , would this make the job any easier?

    Or what would yee suggest?

    Thanks in advance

    Darren

Spray it off with weed killer first. then go at it with the rotaivator once the weeds have started to die off.

You're meant to dig it up before rotivating but it doesn't really make a big difference.

Don't tell the guy in the hire shop that its not dug.
