How to make Cheese baps?

    I used to get in a shop down in wexford cheese baps. They are basically roll made out of some sort of brown bread with cheese going through them. I havent had them in years and am now considering baking them. Just wondering if anyhow has a recipe i could try.

    Why not just get some brown rolls, some nice cheese, lash 'em in the oven for a few mins. and hey presto!

    EDIT: I copped on what you were on about just as I hit the post button <_<

    I think I remember making something like thin school.

    So a bit of Google has found a few recipes:

    I think we would have just added cheese to a brown bread recipe, I'm sure you can add any type.
