which software for in car entertainment system

    I recently came into possesion of a laptop with a broken screen and instead of fixing it I've decided to mount it in the boot of my car and mate it to a 7 inch touch panel lcd monitor, What software is the best to use so that i wont need to use a keyboard, Something like the software used on the video jukeboxes would be ideal. I think it'd be cool to set it all up as the laptop has dvd drive and a fairly big hard drive.
