    Is it just me or is the computer in this much better than in the other games.

    I got it recently and playing the computer on easy is still quite tough (after about 10 games).
    With any other warcraft game it took me about 2 games until I was able to trash the computer on easy, but with this one I find it quite hard.

    Whether this is a mix between computer cheating (extra resources) or an advanced AI I don't know.

    One good thing is that I haven't seen them only sending out I grunt (or equivalent) to search. They now wait until they have a large host before attacking.

    Anyone else find it harder than the others?

    Can't say i ever played any earlier ones. i got a demo of warcraft 3 and was hooked. when i got the game, it turned out the demo was actually the tutorial missions, so i could get straight into the game proper.
    About the AI, shouldn't it get better, isn't that part of the challenge of playing the game?
    also you really have to choose the abilities carefully as you level up. if you're going to use your heroto enhance your toops' abilities, make sure to armor and arm the troops to maximise the benefits
