Once it arrives I will be driving a 1/10 Scale Thundertiger TS-4n Nitro Powered 4 wheel drive Honda Accord Touring Car. With Steel hubs and dogbones, triple belt 4 wheel drive train and Pro series pull-start engine.

Dont know if you have been to Halfords yet. They just opend at liffeyvalley and blanchards and are selling HPI cars fuel and other bits. Its nice and easy to get to if you just want to bob in to get fuel without fighting the traffic in Dublin.
    :D

It seens alot of fun but can be expensive. If I were to get an airplane it would be hobbicos nextstar, possible the best trainer around you even get an rc simulater with it. I cant make up my mind between the plane or the revo.

Only if U have no help while learning to fly.

That particular model would have imperial threaded/sized parts inside  - nasty when you bash it, go to repair, and then find out that all the parts available round here (ie the rest of the world) are metric & won't fit.

Have U met up with the Kilkenny flying guys yet, Plug?
No sim needed if U have a FREE instructor, (which is worth ten sims).
The sim would be nice, I admit, but it's no substitute for someone who can take the radio and save your plane when U need it, and the give the radio back with instructions about "how not to do that again". :)

So I now drive a CEN CT4S as well. Took it out for its first propper run on Sunday. WOW its fast, I have it running only on the low gear as I am waiting on a replacement spur for the high gear but its still fast. I found it hard to take a smooth corner without ending up with too much wheel spin.
My Thundertiger TSN4 is running great added the roll bars to front and rear and it now handles realy well.
Is there any one else lives near Mullingar? If so where do you take your car for a bash? Atlantic carpark is great on Sunday mornings but too busy any other time of the week.
