    I was just wondering who sang the parody of the billy joel song for one of the world cups? I think it was for Italia 90. if its any help i know they did a version of black betty whick was a b-side to the single. please no flames if you dont think this is appropriate for the board. smile.gif

    I have it @ home somewhere - only the A-Side song, mind you... (someone in our house... NOT ME... bought a compilation CD of Irish Football Songs)... I'll find out who it was.

    i heard billy joel sing it live in the rds.
    and them cought a football he kicked into the crowd. and i still have that football today.
