Does anyone know what the situation on anti-Spam laws is here in ireland?

Every few months it seems to get better for a day or two - and then up it goes again... And I'm inspired by this guy...

This is the wrong forum really. But there are spam laws in this country and I have heard of a few prosecutions happening this year. You need to contact the DataPrivacy Commissioner. More info here.
